Even though Trogir with its surrounding area is a vibrant place all year round, it reaches its full glory in the summertime and then, everyone can find something to enjoy in. Summer is the time of the year when one doesn’t need much to have fun, however, here in Trogir, we like to give more and more. From classical music to traditional Dalmatian, from electro to pop music and alternative scene, there are numerous choices, and one is better than the other.
Dance through KulaKula festival
Inspired by amazing summertime and vibes that come with it, we present you one of the favorite commercial festivals in Trogir which takes place in the first week of August in the Kamerlengo fortress and it will make you dance all night. Driven by desire to have even more fun and with wishes of making memories that are everlasting, the creator of this festival decided to make an event that stretches to several nights inspired solely by good times. Even though the festival has been around for relatively short period of time (this is its fifth year), the organization since the first year has been ten out of ten, and since the beginning, it became a must-attend musical festival of this area and beyond. Fortress Kamerlengo for the period of three nights becomes like a time machine where two periods in time collide and make this explosion of joy. Its robust walls and open sky come to be most spectacular dance floor in Croatia, lighted up with colors of KulaKulafestival.
Every year, August in Trogir starts with a blast and sounds of some of the best musicians in Croatia (and from neighboring countries we might add), giving the locals and their guests opportunity to have a great time. Because the organizers have set themselves high standards through these past four (of which two were extremely challenging) years of the festival, we know that this, fifth in a row, is going to be spectacular and we will have three nights of pure fun for ourselves bursting with sounds of pop, rock and hip hop. Naturally, as everything regarding organization of this 3-day event is on point, the organizer took care of all necessities that a festival in this kind of place need to have: great DJs to warm up the crowd and calm them down later, impressive musicians and a bar that serves water,cocktails and everything in between.
